BEJIMAC is offering a wide range of configurations depending on your specific requirements as well as on your requested production capacity. They are suitable for all kinds of constructions (woven, flocked or knitted) and of fibres (natural, acrylic, viscose, polyester,…).

All configurations should usually include one or more of the following main units:

  • • Unwinding and sewing unit
  • • Cleaning of back and face sides of the fabric
  • • Steam, infra-red and/or thermic-oil heating
  • • One or more “velveting” (metallic brushes) cylinders to process the pile side
  • • Polishing cylinder
  • • One or more shearing unit(s) with patented integrated grinding equipment
  • • Glazing unit
Design of a finishing line / machine for velvets

Technical information

Processing of acrylic fibre velvets, generally with short piles needs upright card wire teeth. Working beds can have different shapes.
